Purpose
The Global Finance & Administration area covers all tasks inside the area of responsibility of the CFO, such as accounting, controlling, procurement, legal or shared service center.
In order to develop highly qualified employees and integrate them into the Board Area of Finance & Administration, SAP offers a 20 month Graduate Rotational Program.
The Graduate Rotational Program participants can anticipate to be placed in one of the relative SAP GF&A business areas, post completion of the program.
Expectations / Tasks
The Graduate Rotational Program for F&A includes:
· 20 month duration divided into 4 practical phases of 5 months, including 1 practical phase abroad and 1 domestic (other office)
· Kick-off event to get to know SAP as a company and the area Global Finance & Administration
· Coverage of all three pillars in the global finance and administration area, e.g. Field Finance, Global Corporate F&A Functions and GFI/Shared Services, ideally with one rotation in each area within the Finance & Administration Board
· Support from technical experts on topics of the Global Finance & Administration departments during the practical phases
· Possibility to participate in several trainings to acquire new skills (soft skills, software based skills, etc.) in addition to area based topics
· On the job training within the practical phases supported by experienced managers
Qualifications
· Recent graduate of an accredited University, with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, preference for Finance and Accounting type majors
· Must have a strong focus on finance (e.g. Controlling, Accounting etc.)
· Very good MS Office skills
· Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) is a must
· Good understanding and interest of business administration based topics
· Interest in the software industry
· Teamplayer
· Ability to cope with complexity
· High performance skills
Experience
* Experience through internships and / or working student employment in the area of finance or accounting is an advantage.
