The end of the school year is almost here, and it's time to say a big thank you to all those who have helped our kids to grow and shine this year. So it's time to start working on gifts for Teacher Appreciation week.
But I wanted to start off with a special thank you to one of the many helpers that help me to get my kids to school safe and on time...our bus driver. Our bus driver is a very patient man who goes out of his way to help my kids, even when I have one that dredges himself up to the bus every single morning and another who is always moving and can barely stay still to get on the bus.
So I found this cute little poem online...I can't remember who wrote it, so if you know, please let me know so I can give proper credit, and designed a bus driver cocoa printable wrapper as a sweet gift for this sweet man.
I designed this wrapper to fit around a Starbucks® Hot Cocoa Mix. I used a 'upgrade' from our normal chocolate to try and give this little cocoa printable gift a bit more pizazz for our bus driver.
Simple print out the wrapper and cut around the edges. Use a dull knife to score along the crayon and poem edge so the wrapper will fold.
Place a little glue on the side that says 'glue here' and fold the crayon ends around the cocoa packet.
Now you have a sweet little gift for the bus driver who keeps you from having to drive out in the yucky snow at 6:00 in the morning, or brave the after school lines around the school each day. Thank you Mr. John, you are my lifesaver!
